We want you to love your STARLYNX pieces. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original conditions.
• Custom orders cannot be returned.
• Sale and clearance items cannot be returned.
• To start a return, contact us by using our contact form or send us an email at support@starlynxapparel.com.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected , we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. 
• Shipping costs are non-refundable 
• If you received free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. 

Exchanges 

This only applies to drops made in batches and/or has multiple sizes.

• We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different piece, proceed by doing a regular return and placing another order.
